Distiller Secrets ist eine Acrobat Distiller Erweiterung, die in den Startup-Ordner von Acrobat Distiller MacOS X oder Windows gelegt wird. Bei der Erzeugung von PDF-Dateien, werden daraufhin die jeweils benutzten Distiller-Einstellungen in einer PDF-Kommentardatei (gelber Notizzettel außerhalb der ersten PDF-Seite oben rechts) abgelegt. Diese wurde durch uns so aufbereitet, dass sich die einzelnen Distiller-Optionen ganz einfach per Mausklick auf dem Notizzettel nachlesen lassen. Sie können damit jederzeit nachvollziehen, wie eine solche PDF-Datei distilliert wurde.

Distiller Secrets ist für Acrobat Distiller 4 bis 8 verfügbar (Mac OS X und Windows). Das Produkt steht allen bei uns registrierten Kunden (egal mit welchem Produkt Sie bei uns registriert sind) kostenlos als Download zur Verfügung. Sie benötigen dazu lediglich Ihre Log-In Daten für den Download von Distiller Secrets.

Distiller Secrets is a startup file for Distiller MacOS X or Windows. With the startup file installed, the Distiller-settings used to generate the PDF-file will be embedded into the PDF as an annotation (a yellow Post-It) outside the top right corner of the first page of each PDF-document. This report shows the settings in a "human readable" form. You can immediately see and check, which settings has been used when the PDF file was created.

Distiller Secrets is available for use with Adobe Acrobat Distiller 4 up to 8 on Mac and Windows platforms. This product is available for free to all registered customers of Impressed (regardless of the Impressed product owned). For downloading Distiller Secrets you need your Log-In-ID as password. If you do not know your Customer-ID or you are not yet registered with us, please send an EMail with your complete address and product info, including your product serial number.

If you do not own a product from Impressed you can order online a copy of Distiller Secrets for 25 Euro ecl. VAT. You will get an URL per EMail, where you can find the software for download.
